POSTER GUIDELINES

  • This conference will be held in an in-person-only format.  
  • Only one presenter per poster is permitted.
  • Please note that posters will be presented in a digital format. 
  • Poster Template: Please use below poster template to design your poster. Use the conference logo with your institution logo.
  • Please use 1080 W 1920 H PX for the digital format.
  • Please email us your finalized poster via email @ info@orlmadina.com. 
  • ** All members and NON SORL members who were accepted to display their posters on the digital screen are required to register on the website and submit their posters via email  before 27th of January,2024 .
